Accident in Penang Bridge this morning causes massive traffic congestion on Island & Mainland. An accident involving two cars on the Penang Bridge. The accident, which occurred at KM4.8 of the bridge at 8.15am, held up traffic for up to 10 kilometres from that point to the lane entering the bridge at Permatang Pauh.
