Penang Municipal Councillor Mohd Hariszuan Jaharudin said a council team had go to the scene located about 6km from the polluted section of Batu Ferringhi beach following complaints from worshippers at the mosque on Monday with discarded plastic bags, water bottles, food containers and fishing nets were also seen there.
