KUALA LUMPUR, May 27 – Lego Malaysia today created history when it becomes the first company in Asia to produce four new mini builds featuring the wonders of Malaysian culture. Lego Malaysia Senior Marketing Manager Jacob Leighton Rennison said it was a historic moment for them as they had never developed anything specific to Malaysia before.

“It doesn’t happen often in Lego history and we’re proud at Lego Malaysia to have gotten this past the finish-line,” he said after the launching of Lego Malaysia #BuildAmazingMY campaign at Pavilion KL, today. The limited edition Malaysian cultural mini builds which consist of the national flower or hibiscus, a traditional village house, wau and ketupat will be released every Saturday for a month from May 27.

He also said in conjunction with the upcoming Aidilfitri celebration, the brand would team up with Pavilion KL to host the largest Lego mosaic building and secure a new Malaysian record for the largest Lego mosaic in the country. Those who require more information about the campaign and ways to participate may follow Lego Malaysia’s Facebook at www.facebook.com/LEGOMalaysia.official and check out the hashtags #BuildAmazingMY #LEGOMY. — Bernama
