GEORGE TOWN, Feb 20 – A 10 tonne truck laden with sand crash at KM 7.6 of the Penang Bridge caused massive traffic congestion from Butterworth to Penang Island. The traffic was at a standstill for over an hour. No one was injured during the incident. — PN
