With reference to the cancellation of The Fantastic Duo Concert 2019 yesterday, on behalf of the Company, I Hendrik, Managing Director of WGW Entertainment Sdn Bhd take full responsibility of the cancellation. With deep regret, i wish to express my utmost sincere apology, especially to the ticket’s buyers, fans, people of Penang, the Penang State Government, Official Partners, Official Sponsors, Staffs, Investors, Directors & Staffs of WGW Entertainment Sdn Bhd and lawyer.
2. I understand the damage caused is extremely severe and I want to indemnify all affected parties, including official event partners, official sponsors, Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Ministry of Domestic Trade & Consumer Affairs, Penang State Government, investors, directors and staffs of WGW Entertainment Sdn Bhd. I am personally responsible for the cancellation of this concert and nothing to do with investors, lawyer, and other related parties
3. With the responsibility being held by myself and the Company for such matter, we hereby promise to provide a full refund for all the purchased tickets made via our appointed ticketing company – ticket2u and corporate purchasers. We will announce the date of refund and mechanism of refund on Monday, 30 September 2019.
4. I want to again to express my sincere apology to our associates, friends and staffs who were troubled by calls about the matter ever since even they were not in any way responsible, involved or related to this concert. They are,
a) Ministry of Tourism & Culture, Malaysia,
b) Penang State Exco of Tourism Development, Arts, Culture and Heritage,
c) Malaysia Association of Hotels,
d) our strategic partners – FMM, Bigg World, MAEA, Starz Club, Triple I Production, Amazing 88,

5. In view of the damaging incident, I hereby announce that WGW Entertainment Sdn Bhd will be taken over by another company and all upcoming events as stated below will be managed and promoted by the new company.

We shall be making an official announcement of the takeover.
Lastly, I want to express my remorse for the cancellation of The Fantastic Duo Concert 2019, I am truly sorry for what has happened and I would sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience while we take necessary corrective action to process the full refunds.
