KUALA LUMPUR, October 29 – Datuk Yang di-Pertua, I to propose that the Bill entitled “An Act to apply a sum of money from the Consolidated Fund for services for the year 2022 and to allocate that sum for services for that year be read a second time now. Thanks Alhamdulillah, for the blessings of Allah that spread across the landscape; as we trust and surrender, to every force endeavored.
Finally, moving forward, reform instruments will begin to be implemented to keep pace with the borderless technology world landscape as well as the sustainability agenda. Based on this commitment, the 2022 Budget will be themed, “Malaysian Family, Prosperous”. This budget supports the Three Main Axes, namely strengthening recovery, building resilience and driving reform. The 2022 Budget Goals remain with three Main Focuses namely: First: Prosperous People; Second: Resilient Business; and Third: A Prosperous and Sustainable Economy.
