GEORGE TOWN, August 17 – George Town World Heritage Incorporated is calling for proposals from qualified parties to curate, manage, and execute George Town Festival 2024 and 2025. The Request for Proposal (RFP) process is in accordance with the principle of competency, accountability and transparency in the awarding of projects by George Town World Heritage Incorporated. All parties interested in being the contractor for the George Town Festival are welcome to submit their proposal within the time given.
The awarded proposer will be responsible for managing the execution of all aspects of the George Town Festival 2024 and 2025, including concept development, planning, programming, budget management, and promotional strategy, with RM1.5 million allocated for each fiscal year. Proposers are required to attend a project briefing scheduled on 29 August 2022 (Monday) at 10:00 AM at the George Town World Heritage Incorporated office.
