KUALA LUMPUR, August 31 – The 97 year old Former Prime Minister and Chairman of Parti Pejuang Tanah Air YABhg. Tun Dr Mahathir bin Mohamad tested positive for COVID-19 this morning and been admitted to the National Heart Institute (IJN) for observation for the next few days as advised by the medical team, according to a statement issued by his office. Yesterday, Tun Dr Mahathir had flagged off a Gerakan Tanah Air Semangat Merdeka Programme in Putrajaya.
