JOHOR, September 10 – The State Government of Johor hereby declare Sunday, September 11, 2022, as a Special Holiday for all citizens of the State of Johor In-Conjunction with the Success of the Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) Team in winning the Malaysia FA Cup 2022 and upholding the order of His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, Sultan Yang DiPertuan For the State and Subjugated Colonies of Johor Darul Ta’zim.
Granting the Special Holiday was made as a sign of Celebration and Appreciation to all the supporters of the Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) Team who have given full Commitment and Unwavering support to the JDT team in uplifting the name of the State of Johor Darul Ta’zim. The decision to declare a Special Holiday on this occasion is in line with the provisions of the authority given under Section 9(1) of the General Holidays Act 1951 [Act 369] said Tan Sri Dato Dr. Haji Bin Rohani, State Secretary of Johor.
