KUALA LUMPUR, October 10 – The Dewan Rakyat conference for the Third Meeting of the Fifth Term of the 14th Parliament, which was previously scheduled to sit for 32 days, has been canceled in line with the dissolution of Parliament. The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tan Sri Azhar Azizan Harun said as a result, the Special Chamber Conference, Select Committee Meeting and Special Select Committee Meeting were also cancelled.

The Third Meeting of the Fifth Term of the 14th Parliament which was scheduled to sit for 32 days, only had time to sit for five days starting on October 3 with a focus on the presentation of the Supply Bill 2023 (Budget 2023) which was presented by the Minister of Finance, Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz, last Friday (October 7). – BERNAMA
