KUALA LUMPUR, January 7 – Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has assured that LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender), the concept of a secular state and communist ideology are not likely to be recognized in the Unity Government. Speaking in the Special Naratif Khas program with the Prime Minister on Radio Television Malaysia (RTM) tonight, Anwar said that the matter was only raised by certain parties who tried to spread untruths.
“Sometimes these politicians say it’s like if Anwar becomes prime minister then Islam and secularism will be established, LGBT will be confirmed, communists will be established. “This is delusional during the day. Of course it didn’t happen and, God willing, under the authority of my administration, this is not possible,” he said. He said this when asked about the allegations describing Anwar as a leader who runs a dictatorial government.
