KUALA LUMPUR, February 3 – Joining the government today does not necessarily provide an easier path for Khairy Jamaluddin Abu Bakar to achieve his ambition of becoming Prime Minister. Said the former UMNO Youth Leader who was removed from the party, that was not in his estimation as his next step to be taken. He said, what is estimated is whether he is comfortable being with a party as well as his compatibility with all members of the party.

“That is a long-term ambition (to lead the government). “I don’t want to enter a place where we have suspicions about each other. “Yes, I’ve been through all this, I don’t want to go and fight with other housemates,” he said in the Agenda Awani program on Tuesday. Khairy insisted, what is important is that he wants to help if there is a place that he is compatible with to see what opportunities are available, for the good of the people.
