The “IKEA Sleepover” is a unique event open to IKEA Family Members and will take place simultaneously at IKEA stores in Damansara, Cheras, Tebrau, and Batu Kawan on October 19, 2023. The IKEA Sleepover isn’t just about a slumber party; it aims to underline the significance of quality sleep for a healthy and happy life.
By opening the doors of their stores for a night, IKEA will allow customers to experience IKEA’s bedroom solutions firsthand, immersing them in a unique and once-in-a-lifetime experience, in alignment with their mission to enhance home life for many people. A limited number of IKEA Family members will have the opportunity to sleep under cosy IKEA covers and partake in various night-themed activities, performances, and workshops. Each IKEA store will feature a distinct main event, including the chance to meet popular local celebrities as part of a talk show, witness live podcast recordings, enjoy sand art performances, and more.
To kick off the IKEA Sleepover, opening performances will be held at each store. The pre-event party, open to all Malaysians, will feature local acts such as Alena Murang at IKEA Damansara, The Venopian Solitude at IKEA Cheras, Babychair at IKEA Tebrau, and Capt’n Trips and The Kid at IKEA Batu Kawan. These performances will commence at 8:30 PM in most locations and at 9:30 PM in IKEA Batu Kawan. It’s important to note that registration for the IKEA Sleepover is now closed. However, for those not yet IKEA Family members, there’s still a chance to join this exciting community.
