The latest enhancements focus on security, with the introduction of multi-factor authentication. BIMx serves as the go-to presentation and coordination app for desktop and mobile devices. It bridges the gap between design studios, client offices, and construction sites, offering more than just 3D viewing. New built-in issue-reporting capabilities reduce the time required to address construction site problems or project coordination issues. In a subscription-based offering, Archicad Collaborate combines Archicad, BIMx, and BIMcloud SaaS at an affordable price point. Unlike other BIM software providers that charge additional fees for cloud services.
Archicad Collaborate integrates BIMcloud SaaS into the Archicad subscription price, accessible through the online Graphisoft Store. DDScad is an intelligent MEP design tool that combines great architecture with peak building performance. It offers integrated calculations and comprehensive documentation solutions for all building systems. The streamlined solutions in DDScad enable engineers to save time modeling building systems efficiently. Additionally, accessing manufacturer data is now available out-of-the-box, and enhanced OPEN BIM capabilities offer greater flexibility in MEP project design. DDScad is now available as a monthly and annual subscription in select countries via the Graphisoft Store and will soon expand to additional countries. It’s also available as a perpetual license.
