GENTING HIGHLANDS, November 25 – Resorts World Genting (RWG) is set to transform into a magical wonderland with the launch of Santa’s Toy Factory at the 2023 Genting Winter Wonderland. Running from 25 November to 1 January 2024, visitors can immerse themselves in a festive atmosphere featuring delightful attractions and culinary delights amidst dazzling Christmas decorations. The iconic Kim Hua Atrium will host a spectacular Christmas centrepiece adorned in festive red and gold, surrounded by nutcrackers showering gifts and blessings.
Guests can marvel at the Snowball Express @ SkySymphony in SkyAvenue Mall, enjoy scheduled appearances by Highland Heroes in Christmas attire from 25 November, and meet Minions mascots starting 5 December. Gohtong Way, RWG’s entertainment boulevard, will come alive with festive showcases every evening (except Tuesdays), featuring live performances, dancers, musical shows, and carolling around the Christmas tree at Madison Square. Festivities extend until midnight on Saturdays and eve of public holidays. As night falls, visitors can witness enchanting performances like Christmas on Stilts and balloon modelling at the Lake of Dreams, accompanied by the magical Let It Snow at Liberty Lane with Santa.
The snowfall experience occurs hourly from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm (Sunday through Thursday) and every half hour from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm (Fridays and Saturdays). The same schedule applies until 11 pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Additionally, guests can indulge in traditional Christmas delights at Madison Square’s expansive Christmas spread and BBQ Pit. Entry is free, promising festive fun for all ages.
