The collaboration, unveiled at the Conference of the Parties of the UNFCCC (“COP28”) in Dubai, involves UEM Edgenta acquiring a 60% stake in KAIZEN Group, marking a significant move to enhance its presence in the Middle East. KAIZEN Group, with a 16-year track record, offers end-to-end property management services, including Handover Services, Property Management, Investment Advisory, Lease Management, and Owners Association Management.
The partnership aims to integrate UEM Edgenta’s smart building technologies and sustainability solutions, including its Software as a Service (SaaS) asset management platform, Asseto.
