KUALA LUMPUR, December 23 – PETRONAS has unveiled its final festive film of the year, titled ‘A Gift of Heart,’ directed by award-winning filmmaker Quek Shio. The heartwarming story revolves around four spirited schoolchildren and their relationship with the school caretaker, Aunty Cecilia, emphasizing the importance of kindness, gratitude, and tolerance. The film captures the essence of the season, portraying the camaraderie of the friends and their journey toward understanding and new beginnings after an unexpected incident. Reflecting on the theme ‘Roots of Our Future,’ PETRONAS aims to inspire gratitude and appreciation as 2023 comes to a close.
Mohd Fazli Ibrahim, PETRONAS General Manager of Communications Management Department, Group Strategic Relations and Communications, expressed the significance of reflecting on acts of kindness and joy in 2023.
