With Trenergy Infrastructure’s expertise in constructing power transmission lines, substations, telecommunication towers, and intricate infrastructure projects, this acquisition adds valuable business verticals to Bilun Borneo’s portfolio. Trenergy Infrastructure, formerly a subsidiary of Sarawak Cable Berhad, will now operate as a wholly-owned entity by Bilun Borneo Sdn. Bhd., highlighting the company’s commitment to expanding its capabilities and market presence.
The newly appointed Chairman of Trenergy Infrastructure, YBhg General Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Hj Affendi bin Hj Buang RMAF (Retired), brings a wealth of experience to the helm. With a distinguished career in overseeing complex national projects, General Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Hj Affendi, a Kuching-born veteran, is poised to lead Trenergy Infrastructure in its strategic initiatives and contribute to Bilun Borneo’s continued success in the industry.
