KUALA LUMPUR, March 21 – KJTS Group Berhad (“KJTS”), a leading provider of building support services in Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore, proudly announces that its subsidiary, KJ Technical Services Sdn. Bhd. (“KJTSSB”), has been awarded a significant contract by Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Keluarga Berhad (“STMKB”). This contract involves the replacement of the chiller system and subsequent operation and maintenance services at Menara Takaful Malaysia, situated in Kuala Lumpur. Valued at RM6.6 million, the contract encompasses Retrofit Works and O&M Services, demonstrating KJTS’s commitment to enhancing the sustainability and efficiency of building infrastructure.
The Retrofit Works, valued at RM3.0 million, will be completed over an eight-month period, followed by a decade-long provision of O&M Services, valued at RM3.6 million.
