KUALA LUMPUR, April 21 – In a groundbreaking move, Malaysian Genomics Resource Centre Berhad (“MGRC”) has forged a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (“SCA”) with De Cell Berhad to propel the development and commercialization of the pioneering EXOGENETIX program. As part of this strategic alliance, MGRC Healthcare Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of MGRC, will lend its vast biopharmaceutical expertise to provide technical and production support, while De Cell Berhad will serve as the exclusive marketing partner, spearheading all promotional activities.
