KUALA KUBU BAHRU, May 4 – Pakatan Harapan (PH) candidate Pang Sock Tao has introduced a comprehensive five-point manifesto for the upcoming Kuala Kubu Baru (KKB) state by-election, themed ‘Kekal Kuala Kubu’.
