KUALA LUMPUR, May 11 – Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company (HoSE: VJC) has outlined ambitious targets following a successful first quarter in 2024. The airline aims to exceed 27 million passengers and achieve a 25% dividend payout after remarkable financial growth in the first three months of the year. Vietjet’s focus for 2024 includes surpassing VND 59 trillion (approx. RM 11.11 billion) in air transport revenue and expanding its international flight network.
In Q1/2024 alone, the airline recorded significant increases in revenue and profit, setting a strong foundation for the rest of the year. With a commitment to stability in the domestic market and aggressive global expansion plans, Vietjet continues to solidify its position as a leader in the region’s aviation industry.
