SEPANG, May 30 – BRIX KLIA celebrates the successful conclusion of the first phase of its Artist-In-Residence (A.I.R) program, embodying its commitment to fostering local talent and enriching the arts scene in Sepang. The initiative provided a week-long sanctuary for five diverse local artists to unleash their creativity within the vibrant ambiance of BRIX KLIA, culminating in a captivating exhibition of their works within the hotel’s premises. The inaugural cycle featured artists spanning various disciplines, from fashion design to graffiti art, each infusing their unique perspectives into their creations.
Fashion designer Siti Zayanah Binti Mohammad Yazed wove sustainability into her elegant designs, while abstract painter Shazwani Rhosky Fadzir captivated audiences with her dynamic compositions. Currently showcasing the talents of sketch artist Ahmad Hakym Bin Ahmad Hylmy, graffiti artist Looi Mun Loong, and digital artist/sculptor Shahirah Norhesham, the program continues to build bridges between art and community, amplifying the vibrant cultural tapestry of Sepang.
