KUALA LUMPUR, August 25 — Exabytes TechCamp 2024 has concluded with great success, marking a significant milestone in empowering Malaysia’s next generation of webmasters. Held on August 17 and 18 at the Exabytes Event Hall in Puchong, this free, two-day event welcomed over a hundred teenagers aged 13 to 17, who immersed themselves in the essentials of web development. Under the expert instruction of Mighty Coders Academy and in collaboration with GogoKids and Exabytes, participants learned to create their own websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.

The camp’s hands-on approach allowed attendees to design and develop personalized websites, significantly boosting their technical skills and creative confidence. Each participant was also awarded a free one-year domain contract, hosting, and a virtual private server (VPS) through the Digitalise Penang Programme, providing them with ongoing resources to further their web development journey. Exabytes Founder and CEO Kee Siak Chan expressed his enthusiasm for the event’s impact, highlighting its role in inspiring young talent and fostering digital innovation.
