(MUFG) and NTT DATA have teamed up with the Innovative Optical and Wireless Network (IOWN) Global Forum to release a pioneering white paper titled “Services Infrastructure for Financial Industry Use Case.” This paper explores how financial institutions can leverage next-generation IOWN technology to enhance digital services, addressing challenges like performance limitations, regulatory compliance, and disaster resilience.
The white paper, a result of extensive collaboration, provides a reference design for multi-data center infrastructure and outlines key use cases for the financial industry. It marks a significant step towards transforming financial systems architecture, offering a blueprint for future innovation in financial services.
