PUTRAJAYA, September 7 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has called on the civil service to expedite administrative reforms to achieve a 95 per cent productivity level. Speaking at the Prime Minister’s Department’s monthly assembly, Anwar praised the current performance but stressed the need for significant improvements, particularly in the merging of agencies and departments to eliminate inefficiencies.
