As the birthplace of Switch, Penang holds a special place in the company’s history, making this opening a significant milestone for both the brand and local Apple enthusiasts.
The newly opened store offers an elevated Apple retail experience, featuring expert advice, complimentary device setup, and a wide range of Apple products, from iPhones and iPads to MacBooks and accessories like AirPods and Apple Watches. As an APP store, it provides a premium shopping environment with highly trained staff and personalized assistance, ensuring customers receive the best support and advice for their tech needs.
Visitors to the grand opening were treated to exclusive hands-on demos, special offers, and workshops with renowned creatives. The store also features an Apple Authorized Service Provider center, offering convenient on-site repairs and support for Apple devices.
To celebrate the launch, Switch has organized limited-time promotions and interactive workshops with artists like 3D modeling expert Ze Oh, photographer Eddy Izuwan Musa, and digital artist Vanese Wong, who shared their expertise on how to maximize creativity using Apple devices.
