KUALA LUMPUR, September 20 – Foundever®, a global leader in customer experience (CX), has launched its first multilingual hub in Southeast Asia, based in Kuala Lumpur. The new hub, which operates on a hybrid model, aims to expand its workforce to 500 employees by 2025, creating 100 jobs by the end of this year.
This expansion highlights Malaysia’s growing importance in the tech and digital sectors, leveraging the country’s multilingual talent pool to provide CX services across industries like banking, healthcare, and e-commerce. The multilingual hub will support languages including English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Tamil, and others, positioning Foundever to meet the region’s diverse linguistic needs.
The company’s CEO, Michelle Parks, emphasized Malaysia’s strategic location and infrastructure as key factors in their decision to establish the hub. Foundever also plans to invest in training and AI-driven technologies, further bolstering Malaysia’s digital economy, which is projected to contribute 25.5% to the nation’s GDP by 2025.
