Apple is set to unveil its M4 Mac lineup in October, with updates to the iMac, MacBook Pro, and Mac mini. These new models will feature notable upgrades, starting with 16GB of RAM as standard across all base models, including the 14” MacBook Pro, marking a shift from the long-standing 8GB configuration.

Additionally, the Mac mini will see its biggest redesign in 14 years, with a smaller form factor and the likely removal of USB-A ports in favor of more USB-C connectivity. Apple is also expected to release USB-C versions of its Magic Mouse, Keyboard, and Trackpad, aligning with the EU’s USB-C mandate, and offer the Space Black color option for the base model MacBook Pro for the first time.
