KUALA LUMPUR, October 1 – DHL Express has announced a 6.9% price increase for its services in Malaysia, effective from January 1, 2025. The annual price adjustment aims to help the logistics provider maintain service stability amid ongoing global challenges, including geopolitical issues and supply chain disruptions.
Julian Neo, Managing Director of DHL Express Malaysia and Brunei, said the rate hike would allow the company to invest in strengthening its network. This ensures DHL can continue to provide reliable support to customers despite external pressures. DHL’s annual price adjustments also account for inflation, currency fluctuations, and regulatory changes across the 220 countries it operates in.
