PETALING JAYA, October 1 — Pertama Digital Berhad (PDB) has announced the resignation of Tan Sri Dr. Nik Norzrul Thani as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, effective immediately. His decision to step down is attributed to his growing commitments as chairman of several high-profile public companies.
Although resigning from the Board, Tan Sri Dr. Nik Norzrul Thani maintains an equity interest in PDB through his indirect ownership in MyPay Capital Sdn. Bhd., reflecting his continued support for the company’s long-term vision. Datuk Ahmad Nazri bin Abdullah, Chairman of PDB, expressed gratitude for his contributions and leadership, which played a crucial role in the company’s growth and innovation.
