PUTRAJAYA, October 3 – Transport Minister Anthony Loke has announced the cancellation of the October 10 deadline for users to register for MyDigital ID to access the MyJPJ app. This decision follows public confusion stemming from a pop-up announcement within the app, which Loke clarified was not an official directive. He assured users that they can continue logging into MyJPJ as usual while the ministry works on backend integration with MyDigital ID.
Loke emphasized that the integration process will take time, especially with 10.5 million active users on the MyJPJ platform. “We are committed to supporting the integration of MyDigital ID, but it must be executed smoothly,” he stated. The pop-up announcement has since been removed, and there is currently no new deadline for MyDigital ID registration, ensuring uninterrupted access for all users.
