PETALING JAYA, October 9 – CelcomDigi Berhad has introduced Malaysia’s first 1Gbps home fibre plan with free Fibre-to-the-Room (FTTR), providing customers with seamless hyperspeed Internet across every room in their homes. As part of the package, customers receive a free FTTR service, typically valued at RM1,920, which eliminates speed degradation common with mesh WiFi systems.
The plan is designed to enhance the growing demand for smart home automation, high-definition streaming, and gaming experiences. In addition to the FTTR service, CelcomDigi is offering various bundles tailored to complement its 1Gbps plan. These include the AI Smart Home bundle with Aqara’s AI-powered Camera Hub G3, a gaming bundle featuring PC Game Pass for top-tier games, and an entertainment bundle that includes a Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV.
CelcomDigi also offers same-day fibre installation in selected areas and high-speed 5G Home WiFi for renters or shared homes. Interested customers can sign up online or at CelcomDigi outlets nationwide.
