KUALA LUMPUR, October 11 — Pertama Digital Berhad (PDB) unveiled key strategic developments today, highlighting its growth roadmap and solidifying its position as a leader in Malaysia’s digital transformation. Executive Director Sabri Ab Rahman reassured stakeholders of the company’s strong financial health, despite recent stock price fluctuations. He noted that PDB has reversed previous negative results, attributing the turnaround to new product offerings and operational efficiency measures.

PDB also announced an extension to submit its regularisation plan by February 2025, while moving forward with the acquisition of Kridentia Tech Sdn Bhd, a government-contract company.
