KUALA LUMPUR, October 30 — TOPVISION Eye Specialist Berhad, a prominent Malaysian eye care provider, has officially signed an underwriting agreement with Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad (HLIB) as it prepares to transfer its listing from the LEAP Market to the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia. This shift is set to include a public offering of 54.22 million shares, comprising both institutional and retail allocations, marking a significant milestone in TOPVISION’s growth journey since its LEAP Market debut in 2018.

The transition to the ACE Market is expected to provide TOPVISION with the resources needed to expand its network of ambulatory care centres (ACCs), including new facilities in Kuala Terengganu and Tawau, as well as to invest in advanced medical equipment. Executive Vice Chairman Datuk Kenny Liew Hock Nean expressed confidence in the move, emphasizing the company’s commitment to enhancing access to high-quality eye care in Malaysia, benefiting both patients and stakeholders.
