GEORGE TOWN, November 7 — Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad’s Penang office has announced the completion of upgraded signage for Penang International Airport (PIA), according to YB Wong Hon Wai, Penang State Exco of Tourism & Creative Economy. This enhancement aims to improve navigation and the overall travel experience for both local and international visitors arriving at PIA, which serves as a critical gateway to the state.
YB Wong Hon Wai praised the upgrades, noting their alignment with Penang’s goal to boost tourism and streamline the visitor experience. “The upgraded signage will significantly enhance the airport’s functionality, making it easier for travelers to navigate,” he stated, emphasizing its positive impact on Penang’s tourism and creative economy.
