Formula 1 is set to make history on February 18, 2025, with its first-ever season launch event, bringing all 10 teams, drivers, and Team Principals together for an immersive night at London’s The O2 arena. Marking the sport’s 75th anniversary, the exclusive event will showcase each team’s new liveries for the 2025 season, while offering fans live interviews, entertainment, and a glimpse into the driver line-ups for the year.
The evening promises a unique blend of spectacle and insight, delivered by Emmy-nominated producer Brian Burke and his team, who previously staged the opening ceremonies for the Las Vegas Grand Prix. Fans attending the event will be treated to a dramatic unveiling and interactive sessions with top figures in the sport, alongside live entertainment and special guest presenters.
Ticket pricing ranges from £58 to £113, and sales will open at 10 a.m. on November 15 through The O2’s official website. For those unable to attend in person, Formula 1 will provide a live broadcast, with further details to be announced soon. Stefano Domenicali, CEO of Formula 1, expressed excitement for this unprecedented event, calling it a “fantastic opportunity for fans” to engage with the thrill of F1 up close.
FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem also highlighted the event as a “fitting prelude” to celebrate Formula 1’s rich 75-year legacy throughout 2025.
