BATU KAWAN, November 25 – Keyto MY Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Shenzhen Keyto Fluid Technology Co. Ltd., has officially launched its advanced manufacturing facility in Batu Kawan, Penang. This marks the company’s first overseas plant and Malaysia’s debut hosting Keyto’s high-tech fluid technology operations. Spanning over 3,540 square meters, the facility will produce precision fluid management systems for applications in medical devices, life sciences, and environmental monitoring.
With a projected revenue of RM 65 million over three years, this initiative underscores Malaysia’s rising prominence as a global manufacturing hub for cutting-edge technologies. At the inauguration, YAB Tuan Chow Kon Yeow, Chief Minister of Penang, emphasized the state’s industrial legacy and its appeal to high-tech investors. Mr. Zhang Cheng, Chairman of Shenzhen Keyto, highlighted Malaysia’s strategic location, skilled workforce, and business-friendly environment as pivotal to Keyto’s global growth.
The facility, designed with a focus on innovation and sustainability, aims to strengthen Penang’s role in the global supply chain for advanced fluid technology while fostering local talent and supporting Malaysia’s high-tech industrial ambitions.
