KUALA LUMPUR, December 9 – The Chang International Circuit is set to roar with the season finale of the Idemitsu FIM Asia Road Racing Championship, where Malaysia’s Md Ramdan Rosli and India’s Sartak Chavan will battle for the 1st runner-up spot in the TVS Asia One Make Championship. With Ramdan holding 144 points and Sartak trailing by 46, the stakes are high, but the Indian rider has proven his mettle with a strong debut season, including multiple podium finishes.
Both riders are determined to make their mark, with Ramdan aiming for redemption on the challenging Buriram track and Sartak eyeing a historic win. Adding to the drama, Thai rider Vorapong Malahuan and Germany’s Rocco Sessler, just 5 and 8 points behind, respectively, could upset the balance. Vorapong’s breakthrough at Sepang and Rocco’s consistent podium finishes make them formidable contenders.
As the season finale looms, fans can expect a nail-biting contest where every lap will count in deciding who secures the coveted runner-up positions.
