SELAYANG, December 21 – Minister of Housing and Local Government YB Nga Kor Ming lauded 168 Park Selayang for successfully revitalizing a long-abandoned housing project, Selayang Star City, into a thriving residential and commercial hub. Under the leadership of Infra Segi Sdn Bhd, the project’s revival, completed without additional costs to buyers, includes 2,093 units with a gross development value of RM1.12 billion. Spring Residence (Block C) is now fully handed over, with exceptional upgrades and full condominium facilities delivered, setting a new benchmark for quality and affordability.
The redevelopment also features two more residential blocks, Lush Residence (Block A) and Bole Residence (Block B), progressing ahead of schedule, alongside the operational 168 Park Mall, housing premium tenants like Village Grocer and Harvey Norman. “This achievement contributes significantly to the government’s goal of zero abandoned projects by 2030 and showcases a model for sustainable, affordable urban living,” YB Nga stated. The minister emphasized the project’s role in transforming Selayang into a vibrant township while strengthening Malaysia’s property sector.
