KUALA LUMPUR, December 24 – KLCC (Holdings) Sdn. Bhd. (KLCCH) has acquired 486 acres of land from Bandar Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and Bandar Malaysia Land Sdn. Bhd., marking a significant step toward creating a new international business hub. The site, located at the former Royal Malaysian Air Force base on Jalan Sungai Besi, will be developed over the long term into a liveable and inclusive city catering to business and community needs.
Known for its iconic developments at Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) and Putrajaya, KLCCH plans to leverage its expertise in master planning and sustainability to set a benchmark for urban development in Malaysia. The project underscores the company’s strategic vision to position Malaysia as a global destination for commerce and innovation.
