PUTRAJAYA, January 21 – The Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) has introduced two groundbreaking digital systems, Modul Daftar Kertas Siasatan (e-Daftar) and Modul e-Representasi (e-Rep), to streamline criminal case management. These systems aim to improve efficiency by enabling end-to-end case tracking and incorporating automated alerts to prevent procedural delays.

Attorney General Datuk Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar, in his first address since taking office last November, emphasized the transformative impact of these paperless systems at the Opening of the Legal Year 2025. “By reducing time and resource demands, e-Daftar and e-Rep allow prosecutors to focus on substantive case aspects, ensuring timely and effective justice delivery,” he said.

The initiatives align with the government’s digital transformation agenda, enhancing accountability and operational efficiency in Malaysia’s legal system.
