SHAH ALAM, February 6 — The Selangor government will summon the management of a popular theme park in Shah Alam after a visitor was injured by a falling float from a glass water slide. Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari stated that a full report will be reviewed at the State Executive Council meeting before any action is taken.

The Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) may also be involved in the discussions scheduled for Wednesday to ensure regulatory compliance. Shah Alam District Police Chief ACP Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim confirmed that the incident occurred on Jan 29 at a theme park in Section 7, injuring a visitor. Amirudin emphasized the importance of safety measures and compliance with regulations to prevent future incidents.

Separately, he urged village heads to enhance their technological skills for better data management, which would improve community welfare initiatives, including Khairat Darul Ehsan and Iltizam Selangor Penyayang.
