JAWI, February 12 – IJM Land ushered in the Lunar New Year with a joyous Chinese New Year Open House at IJM Bayouri Gallery, Jawi, on February 9, bringing the community together in a celebration of unity and prosperity. The event featured a breathtaking lion dance performance on stilts and an 8-foot snake Lou Sang tossing ceremony, symbolising harmony and abundance.
As part of the festive season, IJM Land is running the Snap, Share & Win Contest (Jan 25 – Feb 16), inviting visitors to capture memorable moments at its festive photo booths. Additionally, the XTEN campaign (until March 10) offers homebuyers an iPhone 16 Pro and a chance to win a RM2 million luxury condo at Lightwater Residences.
To mark the occasion, IJM Land also launched a heartfelt CNY short film, “The Lasting Frame,” highlighting the importance of family traditions.
