PETALING JAYA, February 14 – Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has allocated RM1.2 million for urgent repairs at Lembah Subang 1 PPR, promising immediate action to improve living conditions. Speaking at a Forum Komuniti (Forkom) event, he assured residents that repairs would begin without delay, emphasizing the government’s commitment to safe and well-maintained public housing.
Anwar also highlighted a nationwide RM185 million investment for PPR upgrades and called for better oversight on maintenance. Urging residents to take collective responsibility, he stressed the importance of preserving shared spaces. He also hinted at a review of rental policies to ensure fairness, aiming to make Lembah Subang 1 a model PPR community.
