KUALA LUMPUR, February 28 – SAP SE has launched SAP Business Data Cloud, a next-generation data management platform developed in partnership with Databricks to unify enterprise data and enhance AI-driven decision-making. This collaboration integrates SAP’s expertise in business processes with Databricks’ advanced data engineering and AI capabilities, enabling companies to seamlessly govern, analyze, and leverage data for business intelligence and AI applications.
The platform introduces fully-managed SAP data products, allowing real-time analytics across finance, supply chain, and HR functions. It also enhances Joule, SAP’s generative AI copilot, by empowering AI agents to automate complex workflows. SAP CEO Christian Klein hailed the initiative as a game-changer, while Databricks CEO Ali Ghodsiemphasized its potential to maximize AI investment returns.
