SINGAPORE, February 28 – Three cross-border teams emerged as winners at the Singapore International Foundation’s (SIF) Climate Hack 2024 Pitch Day on 22 February, concluding the five-month programme aimed at equipping young innovators across Asia with digital skills to tackle climate change.

The winning teams, consisting of 13 youths from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, and the Philippines, presented solutions focused on strategic cross-sector partnerships, personalized user experiences, and cost-effective alternatives to existing climate strategies.

With over 300 participants from 27 countries, Climate Hack 2024 highlighted the power of international collaboration, as nine out of ten shortlisted teams were formed by members from different nations.

The winners—E-Connect, SustainIQ, and Sustainloop—along with People’s Choice Award recipient Ecovolve, will visit Singapore in March to engage with the Singapore Green Plan 2030, reinforcing their commitment to sustainable development.
