KUALA LUMPUR, March 5 – The Malaysian Football League (MFL) has officially appointed its Chief Operating Officer (COO), Mohd Shazli Shaik Mohd, as the Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. With extensive experience in football management, Mohd Shazli has played a crucial role in overseeing MFL’s competition operations and secretariat affairs since assuming the COO position in 2018.
His leadership and deep understanding of league operations and strategic planning position him as the ideal candidate to steer MFL forward during this transition period. MFL remains committed to elevating Malaysian football, and under Mohd Shazli’s leadership, the organization aims to enhance league efficiency, strengthen partnerships, and drive further growth in domestic football.
