KUALA LUMPUR, March 10 – Intel Products has introduced the Intel® Assured Supply Chain (ASC) program, a specialized system-on-chip (SoC) solution that ensures greater transparency in the silicon manufacturing process. Initially available for select Intel® Core™ Ultra (Series 2) mobile and desktop processors, the program provides a digitally attestable chain of custody, allowing businesses and government agencies to verify the origins of their processors.
By leveraging Intel’s dedicated manufacturing pathways, ASC aims to mitigate supply chain risks, prevent counterfeit hardware, and enhance security for critical computing operations. Intel is the only silicon provider offering hardware security validated against the MITRE ATT&CK framework, reinforcing its position as a leader in secure and transparent semiconductor manufacturing.
The ASC program will be available on Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) commercial processors in the second half of 2025, marked with an “A” at the end of the processor brand string for verification. This initiative complements Intel’s vPro® Fleet Services and Endpoint Cloud Services, further strengthening its business computing solutions.
