PETALING JAYA, March 14 — Bintai Kinden Corporation Berhad (Bursa: BINTAI) has announced its Q3 FY2025 financial results, reporting RM7.54 million in revenue and a profit before tax of RM0.40 million, reflecting the impact of completed projects and lower contributions from the concession segment. Despite a year-on-year revenue decline, the company’s construction segment showed improvement, contributing RM2.22 million.

At its Extraordinary General Meeting, shareholders approved key resolutions under the Proposed Regularisation Plan, including a RM160 million share capital reduction, private placement, and business diversification into construction. CEO Datuk Tay Chor Han affirmed that these measures would strengthen the company’s financial position, drive sustainable growth, and support its eventual upliftment from PN17 status.
